This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks such as answering emails, managing calendars, booking travel, and handling customer inquiries. The Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for data entry, preparing reports, and organizing files.
Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience with customer service and administrative tasks Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Ability to work independently and remotely Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Experience in the construction or home services industry is a plus
