Miss Moneypenny’s, located on world renowned Hastings Street, Noosa, is an internationally recognised venue, architecturally designed with a relaxed yet premium atmosphere and a focus on social dining that offers a diverse range of cocktails, alongside globally influenced Modern Mediterranean cuisine.
 
 
Miss Moneypenny’s is a high- volume restaurant/bar, open from lunch until midnight 7 days per week. It showcases an extensive bar and casual dining menu including traditional Napoli style pizzas along side a high end full al la carte menu and extensive late-night dining menu which captures our globally influenced modern Mediterranean cuisine.
 
 
This rare opportunity suits an experienced, creative Chef de partie to showcase their skills, talent & passion to help run a kitchen to produce consistent high- quality food. Successful candidates will ideally possess:
 
.Experience in high volume/ high end restaurants
·Experience with Mediterranean/Modern Australian Food
·Excellent presentation, time management, reliability and communication skills
·A genuine passion for delivering great food consistently
·Meticulous attention to detailand consistency
·Ability to communicate withlarge teams inclusive of wait staff
·A passion for hospitality andpeople
·Desire to be the best in thebusiness
·Motivation to keep improving andgrowing within the industry
