We are currently recruiting a Part Time Front Office Guest Services Agent.As a Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for creating a professional first impression for the resort. You will perform guest check in and outs and maintain room accounts and ensure accuracy, take reservations, assist with guest enquiries and ensure accurate documentation and cashiering. You will have a focus on providing exceptional Customer Service. To join our Front Office team you will need to have prior experience in either a hotel reception or other similar guest relations role.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to answer all guests enquiries
• Strong administration skills
• High level of organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional grooming and presentation
• Willingness to use initiative and solve problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems – REI Master
• Understanding of Hotel Front Office procedures and systems used in Hotel Management
• 2-3 years minimum experience working in a Hotel Front Office position.
• Full availability, including weekends and public holidays.
