CHEF-FULL TIME NAMBOUR RSL CLUB, offers a wonderful opportunity for a CHEF-FULL TIME to develop skills and pursue their passion for creative cuisine.
This role requires a highly capable, self-motivated person with experience and potentially has responsibilities across all of our food outlets-
MOSAIC Restaurant specialises in cooked-to-order contemporary cuisine, innovative a-la-carte meals and succulent steaks all served in a fashionable modern setting.
ALTRO Cafe provides a modern experience featuring the finest casual dining cuisine, delicious desserts, fresh herb wall and European open kitchen.
FUNCTIONS and EVENTS. We also provide meals for functions where we can cater for over 200 people.
The successful candidate applicant will have:
- Completed Certificate 3 in Commercial cookery
- Excellent hygiene and personal presentation
- Drive and ambition
- Ability to work confidently in all areas of the kitchen
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience in fast paced al a carte dining
- Passion for cooking consistent quality food
If you are interested in working in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland only 20 minutes from the beach we offer a FULL TIME position with competitive hourly rates, allowances, uniforms, modern conditions and staff recognition. You will need your own reliable transport and be available to work across a 7 day roster, including mornings and evenings.
