TapsAustralia is an exciting restaurant located minutes away from the beach on the Sunshine Coast. The positions will offer flexibility and creativity working with a skilled team with full support from management.
 
We are seeking experienced kitchen staff to work in our kitchen. This positions will be full time basis salary position, including weekend and weekday shifts. 
 
Immediate Start Required
 
 
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
 
To demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds expectations.
 
 
DUTIES
 
▪ To follow accurately recipes with a careful eye to presentation.
▪ To  monitor food stocks and stock movement.
▪ To understand daily departmental costs and how they influence profit and loss results.
▪ To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
▪ To ensure stock is controlled and rotated. Accept and store deliveries.
▪ To comply with all policies and procedures to ensure that all-statutory regulations are observed.
▪ To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
 
 
 
Skills and Experience
 
- Strong ability to work well under pressure in a small environment.
- Must have a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Be able to produce quality meals effectively and manage ordering and quality control.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Proven Longevity in previous positions
