Emjays Coffee Maroochydore has had the rare opportunity become available, and is now LOOKING FOR A RESTAURANT MANAGER!
We are looking for a proven high performing Store Manager with passion and skills to lead our team of 10-15 staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
A LITTLE ABOUT US
Emjays Coffee Maroochydore is a well-established cafe in Maroochydore Homemaker Centre.
We promote exceptional passion for quality coffee and food, as well as deliver friendly, fast and professional service. We have a following of avid customers.
Open 7 days from 8am til 5pm for breakfast and lunch.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Cafe Manager possesses a strong work ethic, excellent team management, and a passion for learning all aspects of the business whilst delivering the absolute best in customer service. Our manager must demonstrate the Emjays values in order to be successful in this position. This role requires previous experience in a hospitality supervisory position, preferably in a similar quick service restaurant environment.
The role reports directly to the owners, who have a deep and proven understanding in hospitality, and a willingness to support and train. The role supports an exceptional team of staff, with long-standing and positive employment.
You will demonstrate passion and desire to help grow the business, at all levels.
