About the Role An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated & proactive Bar Supervisor to join the
Caloundra Hotel. As Bar Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Venue Manager to manage the day to day operation of the bar including successfully supervising and participating in bar work including opens and closes. The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:
- Experience in supervising and performing bar operations and cash handling duties
- Leadership in delivering a consistent, high-level of customer service
- Motivation and initiation in building business success through your efforts and your team's
Availability for weekly day, night and weekend shifts is a must. A Current RSA is essential.
