A great opportunity has arisen to join the Facilities Management & Building Maintenance division of a leading multi-national company to provide Facilities and Asset Management maintenance planning strategies and solutions to a key contract in Victoria.
With over 5 years Maintenance Planning / Asset Management experience including asset database creation, 6- & 12-month forward planning and life-cycle planning (3, 5, 10 & 20 year).
You will ideally be currently working within the Facilities Management or Healthcare sectors utilising SAP, Urbanise, Agility, Pronto, Mex or Maximo to schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance and Minor Works, along with Whole of Life forecasting.
You will ideally hold qualifications in Engineering and have a strong systems appreciation - able to generate, refine and set reporting interfaces, along with excellent verbal and written communications skills, competently producing high-quality and detailed maintenance schedules and life-cycle reports.
Your strong asset management skills will include root cause analysis and reliability centred maintenance with the ability to create detailed weekly, fortnightly or monthly reports.
Combined with system generated information, you will be able to review regular equipment breakdowns, service recalls or potential end-of-life.
You will be able to competently present findings to management outlining Planned and Reactive costs (monetary, time and associated business risks).
Reviewing the system, you will be able to evaluate existing suppliers of M&E, HVAC and Fire services, request pricing or updated costings; demonstrating value for money to management.
