Senior Business Analyst - Privacy

Sydney

$700 to $900 per day + super

Due to an abundance of upcoming projects in compliance and risk, we are seeking senior business analysts who are actively looking for contract roles.
Ideally we are looking for candidates with strong technical knowledge and experience with risk and compliance with a strong preference for data privacy and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Principal Business Analyst with experience in data retention and privacy
• Experience in the financial services industry is essential
• Exerience in risk and compliance, highly desireable
• Experience leading work streams and reviewing pieces of work to allocate to BA teams
• Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage upwards and work with leadership teams
• Strong ability to influence and negotiate

Experience / Skills required:

• Demonstrable experience in business analysis or process improvement experience.
• Minimum two years' experience leading teams of business analysts.
• Ideal candidates will have worked for a bank or financial institutional i.e (funds, wealth management, insurance, broking, clearing etc).
• I.T or business tertiary qualifications
• Collaborative style of working.
