Seeking a Operational Risk Consultant with strong Financial Services background to join a leading Banking & Finance organisation in Melbourne, CBD.

What you will be doing:

• Develop Target Operating Models for Operational Risk for wealth
• You will be developing and executing stakeholder management and ongoing engagement
• You will be accountable for developing operational risk frameworks, procedures, policies and related artefacts
• Identify and implements improvements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide Operational Risk management frameworks.
• Demonstrable experience drafting and delivering effective and robust compliance policies within tight time frames; preferably within a project environment
• 7+ years experience in operational risk in banking and finance
• Solid understanding of Australian financial service laws
• Understanding of ASIC, AUSTRAC and APRA
• Solid track record in building relationships and stakeholder management
• Strong understand of principles of good corporate governance
