They are targeting vendor equipment finance introduced from IT/Technology resellers and their point of difference is their highly automated FINTECH platform. It is best in class and easy to use (in respect of the vendor/dealer introducer partners).
This company is 100% commercial asset finance, only transacting with business customers financing business use assets.
Opportunity: Last year they wrote the full years target in 7 months and this rate of growth will continue to create opportunities for those with the work ethic and talent to support a company at the start of the growth phase of the business cycle.
Role: Is a support role, handling customer leads that come through from the introducers and managing them through the Credit approval and settlements process. With a highly automated platform, this role will be allocating time to the parts of the finance process needed to maximise the volume of settled applications.
This role gives excellent exposure to people looking for a career in finance as you will be involved across the full range of business activities:
(1) Sales - Talking to introducers to help the flow of new applications into the system and registering new introducers.
(2) Credit - Looking at referred applications to determine if there is still a deal that can be done, by doing credit checks.
(3) Settlements - Ensuring that only fully compliant deals get settled
(4) Operations - Assist in the financial administration of client accounts.
You will rotate across the full range of financing functions looking to clear applications that might have stalled though the process. As this role will be looking mainly at transactions which are exceptions, it is ideal for someone who has been around the finance process and is looking for a chance to step up.
Requirements: We will be seeking to explore this role with candidates who can optimise the following skills and experience:
1. Tertiary qualifications are expected for advancement opportunities like this.
2. Some prior work experience in asset finance settlements or other finance operations experience, but you're looking for a bigger challenge
3. You will have excellent communication skills, given that this role closely supports the important introducers of new business finance
