Bluefin Resources is partnering with a renowned global financial services organisation, assisting in the recruitment of a Compliance Outsourcing Manager.
You will play an important role assessing Risks when engaging external or cloud vendors ensuring the group complies with particular prudential standards.
Other responsibilities of the position include:
- Work with the business to ensure newly designed solutions meet project standards
- When the business engages with external vendors, ensure they're CPS231 compliant
- Interpret the laws and translate how it applies in practical compliance
- Guide the business to ensure onboarding requirements are compliant
- Assist the business drafting correspondence to regulators
You will also have:
- 10+ years' experience working in a Regulatory Compliance or Outsourcing role within financial services
- Understanding of ASIC/ACCC/APRA prudential standards and governance
- Knowledge of CPS231 and Cloud
- Ability to interpret law and how they can be applied practically
- Ability to work closely with the business offering a consultative approach to your stakeholders
- Aptitude to work in a fast paced and dynamic team, in an environment which offers full support and investment in its employees
