Company: Is a global technology manufacturer who have an authorised dealer network who distribute their equipment. The manufacturer brand gets you in the door and then it is up to you to maximise the commercial equipment finance volume introduced from those dealers.

What is new; they are brand agnostic, happy to finance the full range of brands included in the delivered solution.

 

Opportunity: Will be rolling out these new commercial equipment finance and leasing solutions to the reseller/dealer network and maximising financed volume from this introducer network who sell $600 million in their own branded equipment. The manufacturer brand gets you in the door, but does not limit the solution you might discuss.

 

Role: Being a new program, this role is very much focused on originating relationships under this new manufacturer backed finance program looking to deliver Equipment Finance and Leasing solutions through their reseller/dealer network which have often been challenged by a focus on their own branded equipment. Moving forward this role will be much more focused on solution delivery, regardless of the fleet of equipment brands included.

With the channel is made up of second tier technology equipment resellers and dealers, you will be heavily networking through this channel to build awareness and assist in maximising the identification and closing of key finance and leasing volume.

You are well supported by technology and internal sales support, so you can focus your efforts into the network and closing key leads.

 

Requirements: We will be seeking to discuss this role with applicants who best demonstrate the following skills and experience:

1. Prior sales experience, dealing with an IT/Technology Reseller network, or experience developing a new vendor linked finance program.

2. Dynamic go getter, prepared to do what is needed to make this program the success anticipated in Australia and NZ.

3. Some background in Equipment Finance is needed to understand financial pricing and loan Vs lease discussions.
