CRM Analyst

An exciting new opportunity has become available with one of Australia's leading organization, known for their commitment towards being data-driven and innovative, whilst fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing, collaboration and employee perks.

In this full-time and 12-month fixed term capacity, you will be responsible for a large-scale CRM transformation to enhance their ability to draw customer insights.

We are looking for an experienced analyst who is looking to take-part in this exciting new and exciting project.

What you will be doing:

• Work with and support various technical teams including database developers, ETL developers and Quality Analysts
• Manage a large-scale project
• Gather key requirements from business stakeholders
• Provide data modeling within a big data environment
• SQL querying to extract, cleanse and analyse data
• Work in an Agile environment

What you will need:

• Strong SQL querying
• Proven experience managing projects from discover to delivery
• Previous experience working in a big data environment
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
