Our client is looking for a senior service designer to be the main point of contact for clients when it comes to project work, setting and maintaining the communication channel in a proactive way.
 
About the job: 

• Conduct research with and on behalf of our clients / and on behalf of the company to drive new product/service development
• Develop programs and strategies for better CX
• Create visual artifacts for our clients
• Manage projects from conception to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and look for additional ways to bring them value
• Facilitate workshops to the highest standard
• Help design and facilitate learning experiences
• Business documentation to support projects
• Continuously develop our product to better serve the needs of clients and their employees
