Our client is looking for a Media Scheduler, based in Frenchs Forest. This role sits within the Media Planning team and will be support the scheduling and optimising promotional media content across Television, Radio and / or Online

The department plans across TV, radio and online, working with many teams from numerous areas of the company, including Marketing, Audiences, Production and Editorial, to deliver the best possible promotion to the right audience at the optimum time.

Who we are looking for,

• Experience as a scheduling coordinator, providing high level administration support
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Good stakeholder engagement and ability to deal with a broad range stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and problems solving skills
