Major Australian brand currently undergoing a substantial digital transformation and looking to redefine how the track and communicate with customers.
The purpose of this role will be to analyse the customer journey through the sales funnel and identify opportunities to increase conversions and deliver more personalised onsite experiences.
You will works across all areas of the business to understand where onsite traffic comes from and, the customer behaviour onsite and use adobe analytics and AB testing to optimise that traffic.
We're looking for someone who will be able to topool audiences, identify customer segments and use these to target customers.
You will be using the Adobe Analytics tech stack, so experience of this is ideal. We're looking for someone who has been "on the tools" and is not afraid to get their hands dirty still, but will be able to offer a strategic focus to the overall customer journey.
