Digital Designer

Big 4 bank looking for a visual designer to improve the onsite digital experience and be part of creating a 1-2-1 personalised customer experience.

After going through a transformation into a true agile environment, are client are building out multi-faceted teams to create best in-class digital experiences for the customer.

As a Mid-Weight Digital Designer you will ne responsible for creating interactive digital products, tools and services onsite. You will be working to craft the digital experience and analyse and optimise the customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver visual enhancements in line with digital and brand strategy
• Source, re-size and manipulate images and assets for digital products while working with brand teams to ensure you're meeting guidelines
• Work within Adobe Experience Manager to leverage the best opportunities
• work with Digital Production teams to art direct and test the digital experiences created by the team
• Look for new opportunities to enhance the on-site digital experience for customers
• Bring to life visual concepts
• Work with internal teams such as marketing, digital and brand to ensure that campaigns are delivered effectively and provide the best possible customer experience

Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:

• Design qualifications, degree level or similar
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• Experience with Human Centred Design (HCD) and design thinking techniques
• Worked in an agile team
• Understanding of customer behaviour in a multi-channel environment
• Experience with responsive and mobile first design
• A natural leader who can share expertise across the business and gather insights to grow capability
