As the Head of Design you will lead and manage a high performing team of brand and product designers to define and drive the future of design for the business.
  
You should have:

• Professional UX design experience
• A very impressive portfolio showing 10+ years of exciting projects
• 3 + years’ experience leading a team of at least 5 designers
• The ability to lead from the front and get hands on.
• Hands-on professional experience as a product or platform designer
• Experienced with mobile app design
• Will have ideally worked in a start up environment
• An understanding of how intelligent design can help drive business goals and decisions 
• Must have full working rights in Australia
  

What you will be doing:

• Lead a team of designers, mentoring, training, managing performance in a hands on role.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define product strategy and champion user experience.
• Provide input to and drive the product road-map
