Ecommerce Marketing Assistant

Undergoing an exciting digital transformation, this unique consumer business are in need of an Ecommerce Marketing Assistant to take ownership of their website and marketplaces.

About the company:

This reputable consumer business with a remarkable long standing heritage is undergoing a transformation from the inside out with a particular focus on ecommerce, digital marketing, customer experience and data.

About the role:

• You'll be the go to person for the Ecommerce site and will also maintain and develop marketplace stores such as eBay
• You will upload product and content on to the website and also implement online sales promotions, ensuring SEO is optimised
• You'll run the online merchandising across multiple categories
• Third party platforms are reviewed and maintained accurately - links, images, prices
• You will develop and maintain performance reporting; make recommendations where opportunities to improve performance/outcomes are identified

About you:

• You have experience with website CMS and EDM packages such as Magento 2.0, Dotmailer and MailChimp
• It's a bonus if you have experience with Google Adwords and paid advertising on Social Media channels Facebook and Instagram
• This role would be great for someone with a proven track record of working with a variety of Marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon etc.
• You understand the importance of eCommerce as a single channel and how this interacts within the wider retailing environment.
