Digital Sales Manager | Digital Account Manager | Tier 1 Media Agencies

The Company:
An opportunity exists for a Digital Sales Manager to join one of the fastest growing media companies in the Asia Pacific. This is a newly created role due to growth, where you will be responsible for driving premium digital advertising revenue from media agencies in the Victorian market.

Duties will include:
  • Representing a premium offering of digital advertising (display, content, mobile, social and programmatic) and exciting content platforms to clients in order to hit revenue targets and maintain a strong pipeline of new and upcoming business.
  • Development of media agency accounts and existing client relationships, identifying and responding to client briefs, as well as presenting proactive opportunities.
  • Conduct quality presentations to aid the sales process, providing innovative and complex solutions based on client needs.
  • Working closely with internal teams including strategy, creative, ad ops and marketing to ensure efficient and smooth delivery of client campaigns
  • Management of pipeline, sales activity and forecasting to achieve budgets.
  • Building an expert understanding of market, trends, clients and competitors
  
What you will need:   
  • 3+ years digital media experience (sales or agency)
  • Good hustle and energy
  • An entrepreneurial approach and creative problem-solving skills
  • A passion for the industry and its people… your work, colleagues and clients.
  • A desire to roll up your sleeves and dive into a category that’s exploding.
  • A solid understanding of programmatic and audience sales.
  • Experience selling digital video, social, display and branded content.
  • Detailed knowledge of key industry tools and metrics including Nielsen DCR / DRM, Google Analytics, MOAT / IAS / ComScore Ad Verification etc.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail A passion for creativity and solving problems that result in real impact for your clients.
