Digital Product Manager

Financial services organisation looking for a Digital Product Manager who will develop the strategy to provide a digital first and seamless customer experience in their secure website areas. This is a whole rebuild project for this area of the website and you will have the opportunity for end-to-end ownership

You will leverage best practice onsite experience and digital marketing to provide a seamless and personalised area that empowers customers to better manage their finances. You will develop a road-map and deliver digital improvements with the aim to improve member retention and new customer acquisition.

The key responsibilities are:

• Own the customer portal strategy in line with overall business objectives
• Take ownership of the digital experience and usage within the secure site, including: app downloads, updating details or linking accounts
• Work with the wider marketing team to segment the customer base and develop personalised experiences to drive engagement
• Communicate the digital roadmap to the wider business
• Support the delivery of digital campaigns in line with the roadmap
• Own customer insights and drive ongoing website optimisation to deliver best possible customer experience

Sound good? This is what we're looking for:

• Experience in a similar digital product management role
• Demonstrable experience in developing web channel strategies
• Good understanding of UX principles
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and ideally Google Tag Manager
• Good understanding of personalisation strategies and how to leverage data to build this out
• Experience in integrating AI technologies
