One of Australia's most well known and loved retailers is looking for an ecommerce optimisation specialist to join their direct to consumer team and drive sales, growth and optimisation online.
You will be focused on using analytics to understand the customer behaviour online in order to improve online sales and service.
Key responsibilities:
- Use data to drive sales as well as up-sell and cross-sell to current custoemrs
- Assist with the planning of the digital sales strategy
- Use Adobe analytics and AB testing to drive customer insights
- Work with customers to test, research and collate feedback from new product releases
- Create campaigns utilising Adobe Target and Salesforce Interaction Studio
- Track, monitor and analyse digital campaign performance and work closely with the Digital Content Specialists to enable informed decision-making and digital campaign optimisation
We're looking for someone with a passion for data and the customer. You will come from a transactional environment where you have been hands on in optimising customer journeys.
Use of the AEM, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics is preferred, but in deapth knowledge of Google Analytics is also acceptable.
Experience with data analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Tableau, Google Analytics etc
