One of Australia's most well known and loved retailers is looking for a senior optimisation specialist to join their direct to consumer team and drive sales and growth through the chatbot function of the website.
You will be focused on using analytics to understand the customer behaviour online in order to improve online sales and service.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust strategic road-map for assisted chat interactions including chat bots and messaging conversations.
- Assist with the planning of the digital sales strategy
- Develop real-time behavioural and personalization targeting requirements in order to provide contextual experiences for customers across their chat experience.
- Work with customers to test, research and collate feedback from new product releases
- Identify and execute A/B testing opportunities from hypothesis creation, success metrics identification and post-test analysis.
- Be the true voice of the customer
We're looking for someone with a passion for data and the customer. You will come from a transactional environment where you have been hands on in optimising customer journey sand you will have demonstrable experience in driving change.
We are ideally looking for someone who has worked on a chat function previously, and has a genuine passion for emerging technology, AI and machine learning
Experience with data analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Tableau, Google Analytics etc
