Undergoing an exciting digital transformation, this unique retailer are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Project Lead and Subject Matter Expert for the ongoing development of their Digital assets.

About the company:

This reputable consumer business with a remarkable long standing heritage is undergoing a digital transformation and need a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead them during this exciting time of change. You will play a strategic role in planning and implementing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, delivering revenue and growth targets.

About the role:

  • You will act as the project lead for ongoing development projects of the Magento platform as well as the development of other digital assets and services
  • Initially, using project management principles across all projects you will define the concept, scope, and prepare the business case including budget and timelines.
  • As project lead you will measure stakeholder engagement, value perception, participation and value, as well as reporting ROI and quality metrics back to the business.
  • You will develop and implement the paid digital marketing strategy including Facebook, SEM, Google Ads, Google Shopping, dynamic remarketing campaigns.
  • You'll also assist with the improvement of SEO, accessibility, site optimisation and conversion rates.
  • You will be across insights from marketing performance, lead generation, customer behaviour and trends.
  • You will take ownership with of the website - manage, maintain and development the Magento platform as required, including responsive design and mobile first approach.
  • You will consult with external stakeholders to develop knowledge of new ways of working, automation, and marketing workflows.

About you:

  • You have experience in managing and working across complex end to end projects (through the entire lifecycle)
  • You have a genuine interest in technology, buyer behaviour and Customer Experience.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge and experience of Agile delivery framework.
  • You very skilled with Google AdWords, Google analytics, SEM, CRO and Facebook advertising and also have demonstrable experience with website CMS and EDM packages such as Magento 2.0, Dotmailer and MailChimp.
  • You have a strong ability to work independently and with agencies on SEM campaigns.
  • You also have experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • You have experience in growing digital products, requiring agile planning and rapid prioritisation of the product development roadmap and enhancements.
